How long does shipping take?
As each piece is made with care, production plus shipping usually takes around 1–2 weeks depending on your location.

 

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Spain and Europe. More destinations may be added in the future.

 

Can I return my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

 

Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Each Leila D’Ambrosio piece is crafted with care and attention to detail.

 

Will my item look exactly like the photos? 
As each handmade piece is unique, slight variations may occur. This is part of the beauty of handmade craftsmanship.

 

Can I cancel my order?
As many pieces are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.

 

Do you offer custom orders?
