If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• unused

• in its original condition

• returned in its original packaging where possible

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

• original shipping costs are non-refundable

• refunds are only issued for returned items in acceptable condition

Made-to-order items

As most "Leila D'Ambrosio" pieces are handmade to order, we kindly ask that purchases are made thoughtfully.

However, standard made-to-order items from our regular collections are eligible for return under the conditions above.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made or personalized pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Made to Order
Many of our pieces are made especially for you once your order is placed. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@leiladambrosio.com. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.
